Can no longer select multiple After Effects comps when loading into Media Encoder

When adding soucres to Media Encoder, you used to be able to select multiple comps from an After Effects project, just like you can do with multiple sequences in a Premiere project. Now, you have to load them up one at a time. This takes multiple clicks to locate the project, then wait for dynamic link server to reveal the list of comps...for which you can ONLY select one. Then start over again! This still works for Premiere projects though...select all the sequences you need and they all load at once.
