Cannot render because "Font activation plug-in disabled" pop up is hidden behind windows.

It seems silly but a small pop-up that states "Font activation plug-in disabled" disables adding videos to the render queue or use Media Encoder. The annoying thing is that the pop-up "pop-ups" behind the ME window and often behind every open window on the computer. It won't even show up when viewing all ME windows on mac.  After moving all open windows and finding the pop-up I just click "Ok" and everything works fine. 

I use "connect fonts" as a font management which is the reason for the pop-up.
