Hello,

Defect Title -  Media Encoder - Memory Link Issue - 100% of 128 GB Ram being used for encoding x264 & 265 regardless of input.

Adobe Encoder 23.2.1

Premiere V23.2

Influx = Yes

Attempted with Influx & and Aftercodec uninstalled = Yes

Windows 10

PC

128Gs of RAM

Steps:

2. Start encoding

3. Encoding begin and memory use slowly increases until at the 2.5min mark 99%-100% of Ram is being used.

Hello Andrew! Were you ever able to render out H265 with hardware encoding with the A770 16GB? I can only seem to get hardware encoding with the built in iGPU in the 13900k, when I use just the ARC card the render time is increased by a couple of hours. Thanks

Update -  I've isolated the memory leak issue is to do with influx or aftercodec. Not an adobe issue so you can close this issue.

The the memory leak actually happens for all codecs making it impossible to render anything making Adobe Ecosystem useless to me now.

I also need to add that this also happens within Adobe Premiere 😞

I forgot to add that I was also using a Intel Arc A770 GC but I've since disconnect and uninstalled drivers to remove this as a possible issue.
