Error message when starting encode videos in the queue

Hello, I have just upgraded my Mac OS to Monterey, and did the required updates for all of my Adobe Creative Cloud Apps.

When I tried to test encode a ProRes (MOV) video today, I get this error message. Anyone else currently experiencing this? Is it a known issue with the latest update? Thank you
