Exports EXTREMELY slow in Media Encoder 2023

I have a relatively simple 36-second export and I've been waiting over a half hour on the export: 1080 ProRes422. It's currently around 60% done and not showing any signs of speeding up.

I'VE TRIED EVERYTHING. This is an issue I've been encountering for months with no resolution in sight. About a month ago I spent 2 hours on a chat with Adobe's Customer Care, and they came to no definitive conclusion on what could possibly be the problem. Their "solution" was to revert to an older version and "wait for an update" - but even with an earlier build, and now the latest update, the problem is still occurring. I can't go back to an earlier version because I started editing this project in this version - and will have future projects in this version because I'm working with another production company that has the updated versions. Going back to an earlier version cannot be the solution.

Please, somebody, for the love of god help me get this fixed. This is OBLITERATING my ability to deliver edits on time, and as such, is having a severe detrimental impact on my livelihood, my reputation, and my ability to do my job. I will lose clients over this. PLEASE HELP.
