Glitch - Media encoder is looping audio

I have tried multiple options for encoding a video and during the last week, it has been looping the audio to the beginning at the halfway mark. During the last attempt, I chose "Match Source - Adaptive Medium Bitrate" and it still is giving this error. Is there a glitch that has yet to be reported?  This has not happened to me before and I have not found a solution on this forum yet.

There is no update shown avaibale in adobe creative cloud and my encoder is version 24.3. Thank you for any help.

I can find out whether my firm will allow sending the files over. I appreciate you sending over the instructions so I can check with them on approval to send. Thank you.

Would you be able and willing to share your project and files so we can investigate the issue? I can send you the instructions via private message in this forum.

There was no special effects. The video file is one hour long and it was a webex recording.

My device details are: Windows 10 Enterprise (64-bit operating system, x64-based processor), 16GB RAM, Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1035G1 CPU @ 1.00GHz 1.19 GHz, GPU: Intel(R) UHD Graphics driver version 31.0.101.2125

Thank you for any tips/solutions that can be provided. Unfortunately, I cannot import any videos into Captivate Classic without putting the video through the encoder first (though I wish I could because the size is so much smaller and still better quality in the original mp4 file).

Sorry for your issues. What system are you on (OS, CPU, GPU, memory)? What is your source material? Are there any special effects in it?
