How we bypassed the Media Encoder "Loading (45) ImporterARRIRAW.prm" bug

Greetings Adobe Community,

Yesterday, we had the privalege of encountering a loading bug that prevents Media Encoder from loading, as the attached snippet shows. Nowhere near as notorious as Loading Error 0xc0000142 in Windows Enterprise, but not having Media Encoder can cause inefficienes in workflow, especially since we stack a lot of exports.

Credit goes to someone on Reedit, where CoPilot found a solution.

Basically, we removed these files from the Media Encoder commons location:

- ImporterARRIRAW.prm

- ImporterMXF.prm

The files are copied elsewhere. Because we use Windows Enterprise, IT needed to move the files.

I also suppect that if we reinstall Media Encoder, these files may be reintroduced? Of course, if you deal with these types of footage, they would not have the import support. But we don't use this type of footage, so the fix works out for us.
