Impossible to use Media Encoder

Hello,

 

I'm looking for a solution to a persistent problem. I can't use Media Encoder. The software no longer launches from the After Effects queue. And when I launch the application directly, it crashes during the loading pop-up. I deleted the current version and reinstalled it from Creative Cloud. It never works. This is the only application I'm having trouble with. What should I do? I need it for work.

    Could you try launching Media Encoder stand alone and keep the shift key pressed while launching? A dialogue should appear where you can reset app preferences. Try resetting all app prefs to have a clean app state and see if that works. Maybe after deleting the app, there were still some files left that caused those issues.
