Ingest from Media Browser - Media Encoder is going really slow

I have been having very slow ingest times during the last two updates. Doing a simple copy ingest of .mp4's from a FX3 camera used to take 10-20 mins and is now taking hours using the same setup. I am not sure what happen but I have cleared the memory cache and made sure Mercury renderer was being used.
