Long load times from PP to Media Encoder since v25

Since version 25 install, my projects from PP to media encoder take extremely long times to load in media encoder.  Once load it takes hours to render a video.  There is no special adjustment layers or transitions.  Dropped files in Sequence, add basic Fade transition between clips, as well as Dip to Black Transition at the end of the last clip.  This is a simple american football game film.

- 4K video from Sony Z190 ... MXF files ... encoding to 1920 x 1080 HD

i9-10850 CPU @ 3.6 GHZ 3.6 GHz

128 GB RAM

Windows 11 Pro

GFORCE NVIDIA 4070 12 GB RAM GPU (Slight degredation due to PCEi slot is 3.0 and card is 4.0, but that did not matter with ME v24)
