Losing stereo image

1. Version of the app 23.0.1 (Build 1)
2. Platform and OS version - Windows 10 Pro
3. Basic steps to reproduce the problem 

I have been encoding mov files with 16 tracks to mp4 stereo for years. Now all of a sudden the audio is only showing up on the left channel. Nothing has changed on our part except the new version of Media Encoder
