Making media encoder remember presents and save locations?

Is it possible to make media encoder remember presents and save locations?

When I export from Premere Pro, it always reverts to a basic setting, and never the custom saved preset.

Plus the export won't remember the last locations I want to save to.  I have to keep navigating back through folders. Nomally when I am on a project I only save back to the same folder. 

This would really speed thing up for me.
