ME Exports interlaced files as progressive

Using ME 23.1 build 81.

Premier Pro 23.0.0 build 63.

Exporting 1080i25 sequence and sending to ME produces a progressive output.

The same sequence directly exported from Prem Pro will correctly be interlaced.

Both exports have Upper-field first setting.
