Media Encoder 2025 exporting is significantly longer in than Premiere exports

Recently updated Premiere and Media Encoder to CC2025. Sending to Media Encoder, exporting is now 10x longer than just exporting straight from Premiere. Both have CUDA enabled. Any ideas?

    Interesting. What is your setting for "Import sequences natively"? What are your specs (OS, CPU, GPU, memory)? Would you be able to share the project? I could send you a private message with the instructions in this forum.
