Media Encoder 23 Extremely Slow render!

Hi guys.

In the latest updates i´ve noticed that ME is taking too long to render.
Some premiere videos, with just lumetri as an effect, that usualy takes 1h to render are taking 3 to 6 hours now.

Its a 10bit 4.2.2 4k footage rendered in h.264 - cbr 40

Rendering directly on Premiere is still normal.

I tried everything to solve this, and tried to render in my notebook too, but without success. 

My specs.

Desktop: 
Ryzen 3700x
48GB RAM
SSD NMVE 1TB
RTX 2060

Notebook:
Dell G15
Ryzen 5700x
32GB RAM
SSD NMVE 1TB
RTC 3060

I hope someone can give me a light here.
