Media Encoder 24.4.1 doesn't open

Hello,

I updated Premiere Pro and Media Encoder from 2023 to 24.4.1 recently.  When I tried to create proxies, Media Encoder froze at the initial window. I quit and restarted, ME icon seemed to start, after a few seconds stopped. I tried a few times, same thing happened. The ME window doesn't even appear. From task manager, it seems there is an ME process on the background.

I unistalled ME 2024 and installed it again (I had to quit the ME from task manager).

Same thing after new installation, only the ME icon seems activated, then it stops. ME window nowhere to be seen. Some ME process running on the background (task manager).

I have kept ME 2022 on my computer, which seems to work fine.

I downloaded the 2023 version 23.6.6 which again seems to work fine.

Is this a known bug ?
