Media Encoder 24.5 exporting audio out of sync

Since my last update (24.5), I have had a lot of audio sync issues when exporting, though not every export is like this. 

I have Media Encoder set to start the queue automatically after 30 seconds, and I often add 3-5 videos to the queue at a time. Often, the first video to export will be the one out of sync, but I think it specifically happens when I add a video to the queue while another video is "Preparing Audio."

I'm on a 2020 M1 Mac Mini running MacOS 14.5.

Has anyone else seen this issue? Is there a fix, or do I need to go back a version and wait for an update?
