Media Encoder and Premiere Pro can't import files that are in folders on network drives.

Hello,

 

I cannot import files that are in folders on network drives in Premiere Pro and Media Encoder.

Folders don't appear in the Media Browser, only files in the root of the drives appear.

 

Can you help me please?

Which operating system do you use? Do you have AntiVirus or other security-related software installed that might block drives? In MacOS, you need to expicitly allow external drives for Adobe Media Encoder.
