Media Encoder Audio Issue

Hi All, 

I have a live training that was recorded via Webex. In order to put in my LMS it must be converted. So I put it in ME, and once it is done converting and I watch it at 32 minutes it has started the audio over again. The video continues to play, but the audio starts over. App is up to date 24.1.1. Windows 10 Enterprise.
