media encoder error "File importer detected an inconsistency in the file structure "

Hello there,

I have a problem after the latest version of media encoder, I got this error after ending the time of render the video : 

File importer detected an inconsistency in the file structure of offer 3_2.mp4. Reading and writing this file's metadata (XMP) has been disabled.

Adobe Media Encoder
Could not write XMP data in output file.

I found that every time this happen because the Ae file folder path have arabic folder name, this is the first time I face this problem, I hope any one know how to solve it cause I cant change all projects folders names :(.
