Media Encoder fails to connect to AE after updating to the latest version Version 22.6 (Build 65)

Hi,

After updating the Media Encoder to the latest update (version Version 22.6), it stopped working. It gets stuck at "Reading XMP" or sometimes doesn't even show anything. 

My PC is a high-end workstation (RTX 3090, i9 CPU, 64 GB RAM etc), so it is not from my PC. Nothing changed on my pc since before update either. 

Please don't break the software with such updates. Paying customers suffer because of this. 

Looking forward to a new update that fixes this.
