Media Encoder ignores specified sequence in and out from Premiere Pro

For some reason, I cannot get Media Encoder to render the section of video that I have specified in Premiere Pro. Both are 2024.

When I just export media it renders fine, but if I go through Media Encoder, it renders a section that is not part of the specified section. Is there some Premiere setting that I'm forgetting about?

How do you send to AME? Via keyboard shortcut? Menu item? Or Export Dialog?

What is your hardware and system specs?
