Media Encoder infinitely attempts to connect to Dynamic Link servers

This issue has been happening for a while now, when I grab a composition/pre-comp from After Effects (v23. 6) and drop it at Media Encoder, it infinitely tries to connect to Dynamic Link servers. Sometimes when I restart my computer and try again, it works, but it's almost a dice row. 

This wasn't a issue back then, and reverting the version doesn't seems to work. This is not a problem when importing media directly into Media Encoder, it's likely a problem with the Adobe softwares communication.
