Media Encoder Issue

Everything I send from The latest version of Premiere Pro to Media encoder exports successfully ACCEPT It will not important and include any adjustment layers I have active in the premiere sequence. I put all my color grades on adjustment layers and they are not sending over to media encoder in the final exports.

Why is this happening and how do I resovle it?

Hello again, Any word on this matter? I have been able to determine two things. #1, AME is not accepting my conversion luts that are applied to my adjustment layers in Premiere pro. #2, Older versions DID this and this issue is only present in the last few updates.

Hi Daniel,

thanks a lot for creating the screen cap. It will help a lot repro'ing the issue on our side. I will investigate and come back to you once I have new info. Again thanks a lot for reaching out!

Hello again and thank you for taking a look, I made a screen cap of my workflow process that shows you difference in my exports from PP and AME. AME Wont accept and export my Adjustment layers that include Lemtri color.

SEE VIDEO EXAMPLES: (First example, it ignored the Color profile altogether - Second Example They do not match)

Hey Daniel,

I couldn't repro your issue with the latest Premiere and AME release. I used H.264 footage, added an Adjustment Layer, applied some Lumetri Color Corrrection to the layer and send the sequence to AME. It rendered the sequence as expected.

Would it be possible to either create a screen recording for me or send me the project you created? You can message me via PM.

Best, Christopher

Thank you again for your help,

I can say that ive never had this problem before a few updates ago: I was always able to send everything in my premiere sequence to AME without checking any extra boxes, enabling or disabling any features or changing in the settings or prefferences of AME after sending it over from Premiere.

When I send the sequence to AME and that 2nd program opens, Ive never had to change anything or select any new options that include my adjusment layers and effects.

Is this a new process that im overlooking and missing altogether? as in: after I open the sequence in AME, I cant just click export anymore like I used to but rather I need to somehow activate my adjustment layers manually now?

I am in the process of repro'ing your issue. Is that on Mac or Windows? So when your sequence is queued in AME and you click on the format to open the Export Settings, you see that the effect is not applied? What preset do you use for export?

Hello Ward thank you for helping, In response:

-I am on the latest most recent and current versions of both Apps

-The adjustment layers only have lumetri color correction

-Yes the effects are active and present in the premiere pro exports

-I do not see the effects applied in AME version, And I do not know where to look to see if they are active.

This is a new change I never had to work around before 2 updates to the programs before. Im wondering if there are new added process and steps I have to take in order to get AME to properly use and export all my effects from Premiere?

Hi, could you provide more info please?

- exact Premiere Pro and AME versions?

- what kind of effects are used on the Adjustment layers?

- Do you see the effects applied in the player within the Premiere Pro Export Mode?

- Do you see the effects applied in th eplayer within the Export Settings of the AME?

Thanks,

Chris
