Media encoder issues

I dont know whats happened but in the last week i dont seem to be able to render from media encoder properly. Every single thing i send is having issues. captions wont render despite all the correct settings being there, im getting black frames starting from halfway through a composition for no reason. my settings or way of rendering havent changed. i've updated the software to the newest version to see if that helps and it just seems to make it worse.

I use it every day to export from premier pro and after effects to have more control over the video and its really slowing me down having to render things multiple times to eventually render straight out the programme.
