Media Encoder just doesn't work!!

I'm trying to export my video from Premiere Pro 23.6.7 to Media Encoder 23.6.6. The sequence is sent to ME and appears fine in the projects list. However when I click the start button nothing happens. I thought it might be an issue with cache or a broken update so, I did a complete system reset. Completely wiped my HD and reinstalled everything. I was successfully able to render a video but, the problem is perssisting. Nothing happens when I hit start for the render.

 

What is going on??

 

I am working on a Mac OS Monterey 12.7.5

@kenalmquist We have fixed a couple of issues in that area. Please let me know if this still happens.

I am sorry for your issues.

Since when is this happening? Did you update system or drivers? Did you try with "Import sequences natively" turned on and off? Did you try to clear media cache? Did you try in newer versions? Can you have a look at the export setting in AME to verify if everything is properly set up?
Can you try to create a spin dump after pressing the "Start Queue" button when nothing happens?
