Media Encoder - media offline error v25.1

  • Adobe Media Encoder cannot link media from Premiere Pro, and I just get media offline in all my exports.
  • Premiere Pro exports the files fine so there is a missing link,
  • I have reconnected media,
  • Cleared cache,
  • Fresh installs, etc.
  • Both Premiere Pro and Media Encoder v25.1 running great on mac book pro

Mod note: Please don't type in all caps. It's against our guidelines. I fixed it for you using a free web app. Please consider it next time.

Hi @Clay baird  did you get a solution for this issue? I have same problem.

Yeah so it was a permissions issue, mainly because I was using a NAS to store all my likes (I have 180TB of them) and the NAS software updated and I needed to re-grant read and write access to adobe.

@Clay baird Please do not write in capital letters. It makes the post difficult to read and its consider shouting.

Try resetting preferences.
