Media Encoder not rendering latest timeline edits

Here's what happens to me everytime

I send a Premiere timeline to the Media Encoder queue to render out.

Render completes successfully.

Client wants to make a change (of course).

I make changes to the timeline and re-send it to Media Encoder queue to render.

Media Encoder renders my old timeline, with none of my new changes made.

It's references the first timeline, even if I re-send my new timleine over.

Only way to fix is to re-start Media Encoder (annoying).

Bug or am I missing something?
