Media Encoder stops uploading when the window is minimized!

I moved this to the Bugs section instead of the regular forum. Can you provide more information for the AME team so they have a better starting point to reproduce the bug? What exact versions of AME and Windows or macOS are you using? Did this only recently start or has it been happening in other versions? Where are you uploading to? There's a lot of information that's specific to your workflow and if you want this bug to be reproduced by the team (which means it can then be fixed) you have to provide a lot more information.
