Media Encoder Stuck on frame

I'm using the latest version of Media Encoder. Windows 11

Hi there, when I'm exporting my project, it will export around a little bit of the project and then it will either crash or stay stuck on one frame and not move. 

I've tried this multiple times and it still doesn't work, I'm unsure what the issue is here. It causes my PC and ME to crash.  RTX 4080, i7 14700, 32gb ram (19gb allocated for ME)
