Media Encoder won't open

Hi

Tried to open Media Encoder version 23.2 (latest version), but it stops half way, says 'Media Encoder has encounted an unexpected error and cannot continue'.

Running on an iMac  (2017) Intel with Big Sur 11.6.2 operating system,

Any ideas how to fix this.
