Media Encoder won't open: the startup screen gets stuck at 'Loading Queue Media'.

Hello,

Today I tried to export a video from Premiere using Media Encoder, but unfortunately, Media Encoder won’t open. It gets stuck on the startup screen at the “Loading Queue Media” step.

In general, the program doesn’t launch at all—regardless of whether I try to open it from the export window in Premiere or manually. The version I’m using is v25.2, and I’m working on an M3 Pro Mac running macOS Sequoia 15.0.

Interestingly, older versions of Media Encoder do launch without any issues.

Can anyone help me?
