Media Offline when render in Adobe Media Encoder

when i export with PR is so good, but when  render in Adobe Media Encoder, Final video only display: "Media Offline" , 

Im use PR and ME is version newest by i had buy them with auto update

Thanks for sharing the system info. That looks good. Without having the project it is hard go tell anthing more. Also the list of  media offline file (AME -> Log file/Tooltip) should give an idea, what file/filetype/component is effect. These are the information we need to help further. Depending on your format we had an issue with .mxf an none ASCII path- and filenames, what is fixed in AME 23.2.1 and PPro 23.2 Version or higher.
As a workaround you can try to turn off "Import Premiere Pro sequence nativaly" in AME preferences and relaunch AME. So the export of AME requires then PPro, what can take longer and not run the export in AME independent.

IN SCREEN EXPORT OF PR:
FIRST, I choose export in PR then I get good video
second time, still in that screen i render again with "send to media encoder" button then i get video media offline
third time, same content i repeat step 1 i choose export in PR i get good video again
ALL NO CHANGE, I ONLY SELECT EXPORT

Any chance to get the project and mediafiles? We like to test this in house. If not, first step to get the project file only with the list of missing assets and the preset (.epr) file together with a the hardware-specs (OS, Platform, GPU, CPU, RAM) would be helpful. Thanks.
