Missing sound effects when exporting trough Media Encoder

Hello, I’ve been running into an issue with sound effects like mastering or a hard limiter. When exporting through Media Encoder, some videos randomly lose sound effects, which makes it really frustrating to track down the low-volume exports and re-export them manually in Premiere.

It’s especially problematic since this can result in accidentally delivering a video to the client with missing or low audio, definitely a problem!!!

Has anyone encountered this before or found a reliable solution?
