MXF export fails in Media Encoder 2024

When exporting a 3 minute timeline in Media Encoder as .mxf file, it seems to render the whole timeline, but when I open the resulting video file, the mxf video only contains the first 13 seconds. This also is consistent with the file size (332 MB instead of 4,26 GB as it should be).

When exporting the same timeline with the same settings right from Premiere Pro 2024, the resulting file is correct.

Also, no warnings or errors are given in Media Encoder.

Export settings are:

Apple ProRes 422 HQ

HD - standard settings

24 bits audio

Operating system is Mac Pro 2019, with OS Sonoma 14.0
