Output File name not matching Sequenece Name when send to Media Encoder

Hey All, 

When doing batch exports from Premiere Pro and clicking 'Send to Adobe Media Encoder' (or clicking the equivalent shortcut) , I end up with renamed sequenes (i.e. V3 when it's V10) that go to random locations in the render queue. Sometimes it matches the settings, other times it doesn't. 

If however I first go on the export tab within Premiere and click the bottom button 'Send to Media Encoder' it the output file matches the sequence settings. 

I've tried going over ME setting multiple times including checking and unchecking 'Import sequences natively' and and no luck.
