I'm also having issues. I noticed that whenever I add call outs or any graphics that need rendering the export becomes extremely slow and struggles to get past them, but when it does the speed picks back up. I'v replaced hardware rolled drivers back and forth and done the same with PP and Encoder versions as well as added gfx from CC, and now am completely at a loss. A 2 hour video with call outs used to take 45 minutes now it takes around 3 hours, if it doesn't fail

I have an NVIDIA 4080, on Studio driver v580.97 and PP/Encoder v24.5

sorry to hear you are having troubles with Premiere Pro and Media Encoder. If you could explain us what kind of troubles you currently have, it would make it easier to work on a fix. What kind of export issues do you have? Is it reproducing? If so, please provide steps for us to repro the issue in house so we can see what's going wrong. Thanks!
