Premiere, Media Encoder and After Effects crashing when rendering

When I export video in any of the mentioned apps the apps crashes. It's been happening for weeks and I've tried reinstalling all of them as well as reseting the preferences.

The interesting thing is that it works normally with the beta versions.

Any suggestion?
