Premiere Pro 23.1 & 23.2 Crashing when exporting projects March 8th 2023

I updated my Premiere Pro from 23.1 to 23.2 because 23.1 was crashing at 0% for exporting within Premiere Pro. Premiere Pro 23.2 does the same as well. Doesn't even get started with the export before Premiere Pro dispays a message that it needs to close. I would use Media Encoder but that too is experiencing a bug, it crahses while trying to open and I just updated AME on Saturday March 4th... previous versions don't seem to do the trick either. Very frustrated and disappointed with Adobe. Anyone have a fix?

To anyone seeing this I got it resolved. The culprit were a few third party audio plugins I was using in my workflow. They were UAD Spark plugins. My laptop wasn't able to process everything and it made Premiere Pro crash when trying to export. I can still use these plugins but I need to send it to export via AME instead. As far as exporting within Premiere Pro I had to remove the plugins from my workflow and it worked just fine.
