Preset with Option "Use Proxies" not using proxie-files for export

Working with UHD-Log-Material and HD-Proxies with a LUT.

For Export I want to use the Proxies with the look an set up a preset with that option.

Mac OS 14.5 Sonoma on a 2022 Mac Studio

Video format:

High-Res: Quicktime ProRes 422 HQ, Proxie: Quicktime H264

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create an export-preset with "Use Proxies" on
2. Export a timeline wich have proxie-files

Expected result:

AME should use proxie-files

Actual result:

AME use High-Res-files, export directly in Premiere uses proxie-files
