Problem with Preset

I run AME and Premier Pro on two computers; an iMac Pro and Mac Pro.  Recently, I discovered that AME on the iMac Pro has a problem.  I first noticed that it is misinterpreting a preset I have been using for years.  The preset is for Standard Definition NTSC 720x486 with 8 pixels cropped from the left and right and 3 from the top and bottom.  When I open it in AME on the iMac Pro it shows 8 pixels cropped from the left but 0 from the right and 3 from the top and 0 from the bottom.  The same problem is present with the iMac Pro with AME 2018, 2019, and 2021.  The problem is not present on the Mac Pro.  I exported the preset from AME on the Mac Pro and imported into AME on the iMac Pro but the issue is still present.  Furthermore, when I manually edit the AME settings on the iMac Pro and add the crops to the right and bottom and press OK, when I reopen the edit preset dialogue the right and bottom crops are gone.  

 

I tried to attach the preset but it was rejected with both .epr and .txt extensions.

AME on the Mac Pro is 13.1.5 (Build 35)

Both the iMac Pro and Mac Pro are running Mojave v10.14.6.

As I said above, I can show you this anytime...

Even after all these months the problem persists exactly as I described it.

I just verified in AME Beta 24.1 on iMac Pro and was not able to reproduce your issue any more.

After further testing it looks like the problem is limited to the Media Encoder UI.  I did an export with my desired preset and, even though the crop dimensions specified in the preset don't all show on the interface, they are present in the exported file.  It seems like that is something Adobe would want to correct.

I am not clear what you are asking for.  I am not even sure the problem pertains to the preset.  As I said above, after I establish the settings manually in AME 2019 on the iMac Pro and press OK, I reopen the edit dialogue and the two crop dimensions are gone.  I don't want to do tests on the Mac Pro in case it becomes a problem there too.  As I mentioned above, I was unable to upload the preset to my original post.  How can I get it to you?

You mentioned that you have been using this preset for years. Can you try and recreate it in a most recent version and see if it works? Can you send me the preset? I would like to investigate more.
