Project not showing up in AME queue. Has this been fixed before?

I know it's been asked before. But like many, I find myself in the same situation as those posts.

Whether it's on After Effects or Premiere Pro, the project does not show up in the queue. Even if the folder is on the "watch list." Thankfully, the AE version I have can export '.mp4' videos, but sometimes I find myself in the need to export background-transparent videos so I need that '.mov' file to use on Premiere Pro.

However, the problem persists with Premiere Pro.

But yeah, has this been fixed? I found this other article: https://community.adobe.com/t5/after-effects-discussions/faq-dynamic-link-between-after-effects-and-adobe-media-encoder-doesn-t-work-next-steps/td-p/10898879, which seemed helpful at first but it does not.

There were some helpful guides that I followed and I followed them in its entirety but the file simply did not translate. See this guide: https://helpx.adobe.com/mx/after-effects/kb/after-effects-composition-export-error.html (it's in Spanish)

Is there a known, viable solution for most cases like this? As I mention, this does not only happen in After Effects but also in Premiere Pro.

Technical information:

Adobe Media Encoder Version: 24.1.1 (build 2)

After Effects Version: 24.1.0 (build 78)

Premiere Pro Version: 24.0.0 (build 58)

I am happy to report we added functionality to show the Queue Panel in case it was closed when adding new jobs. Hopefully one piece less of confusion.

I'm using Windows 10 and yes! That was the problem! Thanks!

I do not see any issues sending projects to AME. Which operating system do you use? Is your "queue" panel visible in AME?
