Queue Stopped- A font that is required for this encode has changed

Hello,

When certain projects are exported from Premiere Pro and sent for encoding to Media Encoder an error message is popped up saying “A font that is required for this encode has changed. Please restart the encode”. See the following screenshot.

The issue is intermittent. This happened when the system font is used, and Monotype is not used. Please let me know how we can mitigate this.

This sounds very weird. Are you able to reproduce the issue on another machine? If so: would you be able to share the project?

Thanks for looking into this:

The font was installed, usually a system font when we get this error.

The font did not change at any point during the edit.

OS- Ventura 13.2.1

Premiere Pro 23.1.0 (Build 86)

AME 23.1 (Build 81)

What does this error signify, is there any documentation? Thanks again and reach out if you would  like more info.

Is the font installed? Was it updated during editing? Which versions of AME and PPro are you using?

Yes, the AME is also in the same machine.
