Rendering glitch beep in any codec format

Hii friends, I'm getting a bug since I updated my Adobe Media Encoder for the new 23.0.1

The bug is:

Whenever I send a composition from After Effects to adobe media encoder it gets that Glich Beep screen, no matter what codec of configuration, I already tried clicking in few things and nothing happen, I'm not finding a logic way to resolve this bug.

I already tried to unistall the newest version and download the previous one but every previous than the 23.0.0 is not connecting the dynamic link, so with the 23.0.0 now has the same problem...

PC windows 11, GPU RTX 3090 drivers updated.

Can someone help me?
