Renders are heavily off center from AE to AME, but fine from AE to Render Queue

I thought to leave this for a a week or 3 as updates rolled out but this issue is still prevalent.

It's like a ghost entered AME and moved the x and y position of the h264 video completely off.

Please post a screenshot & double check your AE & AME versions as this has been the #1 reason for an image shift in the past weeks.
