Trouble exporting vertical video in Media Encoder

When I export a video 9x16 (1080x1920) from premiere via Media Encoder I end up with a video looking like the one attached. The image is pushed to the upper half of the frame and the lower half display a green square. This doesn't happen all the time. Sometimes restarting the programme helps but more often than not I get the bug. I need to export a big batch of files so being forced to redo it over and over until it works is to time consuming.
The same bug shows up when exporting vertical files from After Effects. Other formats that I've tried (1080x1080, 1920x1080 etc) works fine.
ME version 22.6.1
AE version 22.6.0
Premiere 22.6.2
