Latest Media Encoder Beta 26.1.1 Disables CUDA Renderer

I cannot switch renderer to CUDA in latest build. I rolled back to 26.1 and it works fine.

Yup, super slow renders. It's not even that it's really slow because it's on the CPU - it's that the CPU (and GPU which is unused) is basically idling during the render phase, at least on my 9950x3D. It like driving a sportscar 10mph on a 80mph road. I use the software renderer at times when doing HDR10 + Metadata exports, and in previous versions of AME, it would max out the CPU for the render. That's not happening here.

Same here, selecting the rendering engine is grayed out and render speeds are glacial.

Same here. 26.1.1 is incredibly buggy and shouldn't have been released in the beta channel yet. Premiere 26.1.1 is equally buggy.
