New Masking not rendering in Media Encoder

Steps to reproduce:
    1. .Use the New AI Masking tool in a sequence
    2. Export > Send to Media Encoder
Result: Render ignores layer with mask
Expected: Final product should have masking

System info
Application: Adobe Media Encoder (Beta) v25.6.0.80
OS: macOS v15.7.1, RAM: 32,00 GB GB, CPUs (logical): 8

__________

Previous beta version had a warning "Some Object Masks are Offline and will be ignored" That version was only ignoring the mask, not the layer itself.

I've saved the project differently and updated to the latest beta version of the After Effects Beta. Now there is no warning but render preview shows that layer with the new AI masking is ignored completely.

Same issue here, in the 2026 app version 26.0 (not beta)
MacOS v15.7.3, RAM: 32Go, M1 Pro chip

Same issue here. The only workaround I’ve found that works is exporting directly in Premiere, which is fine for now - but I’ve got like 30 instagram reels to export for a client, and now will have to manually do each and every one in Premiere...

same issue for me still! “some object masks are offline and will be ignored” when exporting through media encoder.

I’m experiencing the same issue. Has anyone found a solution?
When I use the Object Mask Tool to isolate the signer and nest the signer with the background into one sequence, Adobe Media Encoder only renders the background - the signer is missing. Rendering directly from Premiere Pro works correctly, but I need Media Encoder to handle batch exports properly. Any updates or fixes?
