11 plus newest update = crashes

Win11 has been updated - twice - since this post started. Have you updated, and are you still having difficulty with it?

The other thing you might like to consider is doing what it says in this thread: Audition crashed - now what? If you copy the text from one of the crash logs into this thread, we may get a better idea of what is triggering the crashes.

I'm guessing you're saying you're running Windows 11. When you say "newest version" that doesn't actually tell us what we need to troubleshoot. Can you please give us the actual version number from the Help menu About Adobe Audition?

With that information, then please tell us what you're doing with Audition when you have problems. Are you editing a WAV? An MP3? An OGG? Are you recording voice or instrument? Are you doing that in Multitrack or Waveform editor? How many tracks? Did you create the SESX file, or was it downloaded from someone somewhere? Where did the files you're working on originate?
