Audio always exports missing the first 8 seconds or so

I'm on an Mac Studio M1 Max running OSX  Ventura 13.5.2 and Premiere build 23.6.1.3 and all audio, no matter what the file is, will export missing the beginning of that audio EXCEPT mp3. I'm having the same exact issue in Premiere so I think it's the M1 but it's driving me crazy. There's zero markers in the files either so it's not that I have a certain part exported. I'm kinda at my wits end with this.

Hi Milowerx,

 

We are unable to repro the issue on the local system. Can you help with a sample project and your workflow?  Like are you recording and then exporting, or do you import an audio file and then export it? Is there any plugin used in your workflow?

Also, the format in which you are trying to export, and export settings.
